Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and rather spacious compared to other hotels I've been to in Japan, and they were kept clean and tidy. However, the rooms felt a bit small and didn't match the grandeur of the lobby. The service was nice and cheerful, and the transfer service to the airport made my journey much easier. The location was superb with excellent connectivity to the station and shopping centers nearby. The dining experience offered a wide variety of options and was great value for money. Overall, a very average experience with some highlights and areas for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are a bit dated but still pleasant, although it was too hot on one night. The service is exceptional, especially with efficient airport transfers and fluent English-speaking staff. The location is superb, with easy access to major attractions in Osaka and nearby shopping centers. The dining options are decent but slightly overpriced. Overall, a good value for the convenient location and accommodating service.
The hotel was conveniently located on top of the train station and near a shopping mall, making it very convenient. The rooms, though spacious, lacked a desk for work and needed renovation, while being pricier compared to other options in Tokyo and Kyoto. The service was helpful overall despite some dismissive behavior. Dining offered a good variety but was a bit overpriced for what was available.
